You can pick up the item personally, or you can pick up via courier of your choice. Kindly send us the details of the rider who will pick up, so we know we are giving it to the right person.
NOTE: For safety reason, we encourage our clients to do the booking themselves so they can personally choose and monitor the delivery.
Yes, we can ship internationally via FedEx.
For home delivery within Metro Manila, we can ship it within the same day. For outside Metro Manila and/or International shipping, it takes around 3–7 days, depending on the courier that you choose.
For ready-made items, we can ship them immediately. For custom-made items, if the diamonds are on hand, it takes around 2–3 weeks for production. For custom-made with pre-order diamonds, it depends on the estimated date of arrival of your diamonds and then 2-3 weeks for production.
Payment
We accept online banking. For layaway plans, we just need at least 30% deposit to secure the item, and then you can pay the remaining balance upon arrival or pick up your item.
